We are looking for a Learning and Change Management Communication Specialist within the Management Excellence Team who will be responsible for developing Learning & Development content and change management communications that support managers in creating a culture of learning and empowering managers to realize and embody their role in Microsoft's mission. As part of the Management Excellence team, the Learning and Change Management Communication Specialist will focus on the design and development of manager portfolio content, resources, and change management communications. Additional or Preferred QualificationsVocational qualification or higher education degree (eg, Bachelor's Degree) AND 6+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, HR, customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project managementOR Master's Degree or equivalent AND 4+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, human resources (HR), customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project managementOR equivalent experience.Microsoft Fundamentals, Coaching (eg, International Coaching Federation), Project and/or Program Management Professional, archival, or a similar certificate.Demonstrates commitment to career development and continuous or consistent learning through formal and informal efforts (eg, change management, design thinking, management training, online courses).

Facilitation skillsIntegrated Learning IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $91,800 - $178,800 per year.

There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $117,900 - $195,000 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation. Develops innovative solutions that are compelling, scalable, interactive, consumable, consistent, and ongoing. Leads work to secure sponsor input and signoff on change management strategy and communications. Learning Design, Development, and Implementation Designs and develops learning content for the global management population, including development of new content, repurposing existing content, leveraging existing tools and implementing new, creative, and scalable ways to deliver content Is looked to for deep learning and development domain expertise in learning solution design, development, and implementation, with knowledge of industry best practices Leads the process of reviewing learning and development solutions with stakeholders and sponsors, gathering content feedback from relevant stakeholders, partners, and users through various feedback modalities (eg focus groups, surveys etc ) and executing updates based off feedback and needs.

Program Execution Contributes to the implementation of core learning programs within or across teams to ensure smooth, scalable global launches. Tracks and reports on key metrics ongoing and uses data to continuously improve content and programs. Executes tactically on individual learning components of the manager portfolio.

Contributes to the mapping of the necessary points of engagement with relevant stakeholders to execute programs and content and address operational needs. Stakeholder/Customer Collaboration Develops relationships with existing stakeholders to seek ongoing input about manager learning-related needs. Gathers information to act on key stakeholder objectives.

Supports and escalates customer/stakeholder needs and questions to the team to inform them on adjustments to be made and educate on manager needs/themes. Learns about and considers local/regional perspectives and supports diversity and inclusion initiatives. Supports or leads communication of learning and development approaches to stakeholders and regularly seeks input from customers and stakeholders, continuously strengthening stakeholder relationships.
