Do you have experience within insurance or broking?

My client are seeking an Account Handler to join their exciting business in South Kensington. The ideal candidate will have experience within insurance, account handling or broking. Offering quarterly bonus on top of your base salary, excellent career progression, two days working from home and flexible working hours.

THE ROLE:

  • Ensuring clients are presented with the most suitable cover
  • Processing client renewals, mid-term adjustments, claims
  • Communicating with warm clients over the phone and by email, providing excellent service
  • Client meetings and visits
  • Communicating with underwriters
  • Responding to queries from clients

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • Insurance or broking experience
  • Account handling experience - desirable
  • Effective communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and ability to build rapport
